Campaigns and Calendar

Organize posts into reusable campaigns, filter and group the calendar, and safely update several targets.

BlendDuck campaigns are reusable campaign tags on the logical post. A post can belong to more than one campaign, and the composer, Calendar, and Analytics use the same names.

Organize campaign work

Open Calendar → Campaigns to select an existing campaign or type a new name. The filter shows how many logical posts use each campaign. The composer's Tags tool also offers saved campaigns; these labels organize work and are not published as hashtags.

Choose Agenda to scan the month as a list, then select Group: campaign to collect posts by their primary campaign. Month and Week retain the compact scheduling grid.

Filter and move posts

Status, channel, and campaign filters can be combined. Choose the timezone at the right of the toolbar to render dates and times in that IANA timezone. Dragging a post keeps its wall-clock time in the selected timezone, including across daylight-saving changes. BlendDuck rejects a nonexistent DST time and leaves the original schedule unchanged.

Run bulk actions

Select Bulk actions, choose up to 50 visible posts, and then:

  • shift them one day earlier, one day later, or one week later;
  • add or remove a campaign; or
  • cancel targets that have not reached a provider.

Bulk work is best effort. Successful rows remain applied, while conflicts such as a missing, locked, published, or actively publishing target are reported without hiding the other results. Every operation stays on the same audited post and publishing services used by individual edits.

Campaign changes count as editorial changes. They invalidate a pending review, and an approved post with content locking must be explicitly reopened before its campaigns can change.
