Terms for using BlendDuck
These Terms govern your access to and use of BlendDuck, including its dashboard, APIs, AI-assisted content tools, connected-channel features, storage, scheduling, and publishing workflows.
By creating an account or using BlendDuck, you agree to these Terms. If you use BlendDuck for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Accounts and Workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding access to your account, and all activity performed through your workspaces. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or connected channel has been compromised.
Connected Platforms
BlendDuck lets you authorize third-party services such as TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms. You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms, policies, permissions, and technical limits.
You direct BlendDuck to use the permissions you grant for actions such as reading account metadata, uploading media, publishing content, and checking publishing status. You may revoke access through BlendDuck or the connected platform where supported.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to BlendDuck. You grant BlendDuck the limited rights needed to host, process, adapt, transmit, and publish that content at your direction and to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for ensuring that it is accurate, lawful, properly disclosed, and supported by the rights, licenses, releases, and consents required for its text, media, music, people, brands, and claims.
BlendDuck Software and Feedback
BlendDuck and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, designs, documentation, and brand assets, excluding your content and third-party materials. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service while your account is active and compliant.
If you provide product suggestions or feedback, you allow BlendDuck to use them without restriction or payment, while you retain ownership of any underlying material that was already yours.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use BlendDuck to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, platform policies, or another person's rights.
- Do not publish deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, exploitative, or malicious content, or attempt to bypass platform review and disclosure requirements.
- Do not interfere with the service, probe it without authorization, distribute malware, misuse credentials or tokens, or exceed access and rate limits through circumvention.
AI-Assisted Features
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your audience. You are responsible for human review, required disclosures, factual verification, and the final decision to use or publish generated content.
Plans and Payment
Paid features, limits, billing periods, and prices are shown when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining a valid payment method.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using BlendDuck at any time and can use the available export and deletion controls before closing an account. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful activity, material violations of these Terms, unpaid fees, provider requirements, or harm to BlendDuck, users, or third parties.
Service Availability and Liability
BlendDuck is provided on an as-available basis. Connected platforms may change their APIs, policies, review decisions, availability, or publishing results without our control. To the extent permitted by law, BlendDuck disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service, law, or platform requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
