Delete BlendDuck and connected-platform data
You can disconnect social channels, delete individual workspaces, or request permanent deletion of your BlendDuck account and associated data.
These instructions apply to data received through Meta products, including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
Disconnect a social channel
- Open Dashboard → Social Channels.
- Open the channel menu and choose Disconnect.
- BlendDuck revokes the channel inside the workspace and stops using its stored OAuth credentials.
- You can also remove BlendDuck from the connected platform's app and website settings.
Delete a workspace
Open Dashboard → Settings, locate the workspace, and choose Delete workspace. This removes the workspace, its connected channels, drafts, schedules, posts, and related workspace data.
Delete your account
Open Dashboard → Settings → Data & privacy to export your data, then use Delete account in the danger zone. Enter the account email to verify the request. The request receipt records a one-calendar-month target and reports any legal hold or active paid resource that must be resolved first.
What is removed
- Account profile and workspace membership data.
- Connected-channel metadata and stored OAuth credentials.
- Drafts, schedules, publishing records, brand knowledge, and uploaded media controlled by the deleted account or workspace.
- Local connected-platform credentials are deleted. Content already stored by a connected platform remains controlled through that platform account.
- Limited security, fraud-prevention, billing, erasure-receipt, or legal records may be retained when required by law or a documented operational obligation.
Verification, timing, and backups
BlendDuck verifies account requests before deletion and records a request receipt. Controlled application data is removed from active systems after verification and resolution of any displayed blocker; residual encrypted backups expire on the deployment's normal backup schedule.
Deleting BlendDuck data does not delete posts, messages, or account information already held by a connected platform. Use that platform's controls for copies it independently retains.
If you cannot access your account
Contact the address below with the account email and the request type. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or copies of sensitive content.
